Mumbai Local Sim

What it is

All 37 stations and the track geometry are baked from OpenStreetMap and draped over a real terrain heightfield, with the Arabian Sea, Mahim bay and the Vasai creek crossing where they belong.

The hard part

Every slow, fast and AC local runs the actual Western Railway Public Time Table: 1,358 real services (837 slow, 374 fast, 147 AC) baked from the official PDFs. That covers real departure times, turnback termini and skip-stop patterns. Fast locals overtake slows because the schedules say so; nothing is scripted.

How

A pure, deterministic simulation core, (network, services, simTime) → TrainState[], drives everything. A sim clock (pause, 1×, 10×, 60×, or sync to live IST) runs both the timetable and a day/night cycle.
